Taste the Difference organized a wine walk-around tasting at the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan, NYC, on 10 December. Over 40 wine professionals, including importers, distributors, and sommeliers, gathered to explore the exceptional flavors of European wines from the region of Catalonia.
