The Cava event at Corkbuzz was part of the educational portion of Taste the Difference to bring awareness to the CAVA DO but also the sparkling wines that come out of that region. Throughout the duration of the day Corkbuzz, there were two seminars held that were a 60-90 minute duration of time, each. The seminars were led by Cava Ambassador and sommelier, Adam Waddell.
